Welcome to the Black Isle Show, one of our favourite local events that takes place just on the outskirts of our village Muir of Ord. This is the largest agricultural show in the North of Scotland, and it really has something to see for everybody! You will find horses, cattle, sheep, goats and poultry, and for your kids there is a great funfair. There are also around 300 trade stands where you can shop till you drop! And it all ends with a grand dance in the marquee.

We try to visit every year, weather permitting! These are photos from 2005 and 2006. We are by no means specialists so we may have got breed names etc. wrong. If you see something that is not correct, please send us an email!

Välkommen till Black Isle Show, som är den största årliga jordbruksmässan i Norra Skottland. Här finns något spännande för alla att se - får, getter, boskap, hästar, fjäderfä, en nöjespark, maskinutställning och handelsmarknad.
Det hela avslutas på andra dagen med dans i marknadstältet.
